E-Procurement/E-Bidding
In continuation to earlier instructions related to E-procurement/E-Bidding updated on ARAI website on 09th May 2017, now we are going live for E-procurement through central Public procurement portal (i.e. https://eprocure.gov.in) from 10th Dec 2017. In first Phase all our open tenders will be published & processed on CPP portal only; to participate in such tender enquiries, bidders need to do one time bidder registration on https://eprocure.gov.in (which is free of cost).
Cyber Fraud Alert - Important Notice
It has come to our attention that the name and logo of The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) are being misused in fraudulent schemes involving fake websites, emails, social media, and phone calls. These scams are designed to extract money from unsuspecting individuals by falsely claiming connection with ARAI and demanding payments for recruitment, tenders, approvals, or other services.
Please note:
- ARAI does not authorize or monitor contracts or payments between individuals or third parties.
- ARAI does not charge any fees for recruitment, tenders, or approvals.
- ARAI does not offer grants, investments, or commercial courses.
- All official communication is conducted through the ARAI corporate office in Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra.
- Official emails from ARAI will always end with "@araiindia.com". Any communication from other domains should be treated with caution.
If you suspect fraud:
- Do not respond to suspicious emails, calls, or messages.
- Do not share personal, financial, or login information.
- Do not engage and report it to your local law enforcement authority / local police station or cybercrime cell and National Cybercrime Reporting Portal, accessible at https://cybercrime.gov.in
ARAI is no way responsible for any misuse of its name, logo, or address in fraudulent schemes.
