The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) situated at Pune, is an apex automotive R & D institute, under the administrative control of Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India. ARAI, hereby calls for Expression of Interest for Acquisition of a flat/level Land around 10 acres at one place in Chakan/Bhosari Industrial Zone (MIDC), with easy road access particularly for Heavy Commercial Vehicles with State Electricity Board’s H.T. power station close by, and provision of industrial watersupply.
Interested parties may send their detailed proposals by 6th October 2025 as per the instructions given below. The proposal shall include site address, scaled map of plot, topographical survey map, certified copies of documents related to ownership or developmental rights and location marked on Google map, etc.
