Using servo hydraulic test system along with advanced simulation & analysis the Testing and validation of vehicle, its subassemblies & its component for Performance as well as for Durability. Based on these tests SDL – ARAI expertise will analyze for damage calculation & fatigue life prediction.
Validation of Complete Vehicle

Validation on Subassembly Structure
- Durability & analysis OF AXLES / AXLE ASSEMBLIES for various loading condition like vertical, breaking, longitudinal, cornering
- Simulation and Multiaxial Durability testing of AIR SUSPENSION TESTING
- Testing of suspension components like Leaf springs, Shock absorbers, Control Arms & Coil springs can be tested for Static performance & durability as per actual duty cycle.

Engine Component Testing
- Durability testing of engine components to evaluate the fatigue strength, determination of fatigue life, comparative study of components, simulation of failure modes on various engine components & Optimization of engine component through material and process alteration resulting more efficient engine.
- The state of art facility is useful for performing a wide range of engine component testing like connecting rods, crank shaft – bending and torsional fatigue testing, gears, bolts, cylinder block bearing caps, pressure pulsation testing of cylinder block cylinder heads. Also strain gauging and data acquisition of components can be carried out to during testing




Development Testing of Seat
- Apart from regulatory tests, seat is evaluated for efforts measurement & performance of child parts. The durability, Vibration & abuse loading tests are part of seat development & validation programs.
