To understand the exact loading pattern SDL is acquiring data as Duty cycle on road or field. This data again analysed by experts to create into test cycles to conduct durability test on vehicle / component to simulate the actual loading application. Using this analysed data various Bi Axel, Multiaxial, Four poster, Six poster durability tests can be designed. This Service loads in terms of strain, accelerations, displacement & Wheel loads using Wheel Force transducers. We also undertake customer specific Service load data analysis for Field failure analysis, Fatigue life predictions or Development of test schedules, test rigs, lab testing.
